September 2-4, 2023 at Camp Emerald Bay
Join us for a spectacular, three-day weekend at Emerald Bay! Enjoy meals (including a special pre-dinner reception), fun at the waterfront, the triathlon, and the ever-popular memorabilia auction.
The weekend will be filled with activities – kayaking, biking, shooting sports, hiking, a campfire and more.
We will be staying in a campsite near the Dining Hall. Platform tents, mattresses, and cots are provided, but do bring a sleeping bag and a towel. Saturday lunch & dinner, Sunday breakfast, lunch & dinner, and Monday breakfast are included.
Cabins!
Don’t want to sleep in a tent? A limited number of staff cabins are available for the weekend, at a rate of $150/cabin. If you’re interested in a cabin, please contact Rich Wise at [email protected].
Transportation Details
Our chartered boat will leave San Pedro Saturday morning at 10:00am. Please arrive no later than 9:30am. We’ll return to San Pedro Monday at approximately 11:30am.
Ticket Information
- Adults & Children ages 10+: $230
- Young Alumni Discount (Current & Former Staff up to age 25): $190
- Children ages 2-9: $175
- Children under 2: $70

Tickets to this event are non-refundable. However, if you purchase a ticket and are then unable to attend, your purchase will be considered a charitable contribution for tax purposes and we will send you a receipt for your records.
